Client Support Specialist

About the role

Stylitics is a retail AI platform used by enterprise retailers, and its Client Support team keeps outfitting programs running for brands and retailers. As a Client Support Specialist you will own the execution of assigned client tasks for your own list of accounts, using established processes and tools, together with the Client Success team member who owns each account. You report to the Client Support Manager in Macedonia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strong program support and contract execution for your accounts, completing tasks such as setup checklists, monitoring, priority lists, gallery setup and upkeep, and routine client requests.
• Oversee style attribution of items and support internal taxonomy updates.
• Execute image editing tasks shared with India Ops and oversee quality and delivery for clients.
• Receive, prioritize and complete client requests on time, keeping the Client Success team member informed of progress and blockers, and raising issues early.
• Follow the direction set by Client Success for each account rather than changing client requirements independently.
• Follow established workflows and account-specific instructions, and collaborate with Client Success, the Content team, Delivery Operations and India Ops.
• Work with your manager on priorities, workload and capacity constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of experience supporting clients or within operations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage tasks with detailed requirements and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Solution-oriented and analytics-minded, proactive in supporting the team.
• Experience within fashion or retail is a plus.
