Corporate IT Intern

About the role

This internship provides hands‑on experience supporting end‑user IT needs within a corporate environment. You will assist with desktop, hardware, telecom and video‑conferencing issues while gaining practical troubleshooting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for end‑user requests related to desktop software, hardware, telecom and video conferencing.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and prepare new user desktops and laptops.
• Handle maintenance of hardware and software components.
