Customer Service Representative - E-commerce

About the role

Ananas is looking for a customer care representative in its e-commerce business. You will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by giving fast, efficient and personalised support through phone, chat, social media and email, and by proactively presenting products suited to each customer's needs.

Key responsibilities

• Interact politely and professionally with customers and assist them with all their inquiries.
• Handle communication by phone (inbound and outbound), chat, social media and email.
• Ensure the best possible customer experience in every interaction.
• Present products and generate interest in the website's assortment according to customer needs and preferences.
• Identify problems and provide prompt, effective solutions while keeping a high standard of service.
• Give accurate, up-to-date information on products, services and procedures.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Previous experience in similar roles or customer service is desirable.
• Ability to adapt to different personality types and situations.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
