Customer Service Technician (Skopje / Southeast Region)

About the role

Printec, a leader in transaction technologies across Central and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Customer Service Technician to provide post‑sale technical support and on‑site installations for its customers in Skopje or the southeastern region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations and upgrades of straightforward products, either independently or as part of a team.
• Resolve routine maintenance incidents reported by customers or escalated through the technical support process.
• Visit customers to deliver one‑to‑one service, handle feedback and complaints, and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare pre‑installation documentation with detailed task lists and work plans.
• Report regularly to the Customer Service Manager or Field Operations Team Leader.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or a related IT field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Experience repairing electronic devices and mechanical parts.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluency in the local language and English.

Required skills

• Repair of electronic devices and mechanical components.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office environment.
