Technical Support Consultant (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to assist clients worldwide with secure private access solutions. You will work remotely, providing troubleshooting and guidance across multiple operating systems and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in setting up and troubleshooting secure private access and VPN solutions, including MFA configuration.
• Analyze network traffic, log files, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical guidance for Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal technical teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth user experience.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of networking concepts such as IPsec, DNS, packet tracing, firewall functionality, VPNs, routing, split tunneling, and WireGuard tunnels.
• Ability to read and analyze log files to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience working with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS).
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong analytical thinking.
