Customer Success Specialist - AI and Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our clients unlock the full value of our AI‑powered platform. This customer‑facing position combines relationship building with technical guidance, ensuring users adopt and benefit from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through the platform.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate AI features.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshoot technical issues, and explain AI concepts in plain language.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve problems and improve the platform.
• Collect feedback, turn it into actionable insights, and monitor adoption metrics.
• Create and update documentation, guides, and onboarding materials.
• Stay current with AI developments and identify new opportunities for customers.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Account Management, SaaS or related roles.
• Strong curiosity about technology and AI.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
• Proactive, logical problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with both customers and technical teams.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, large language models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or customer‑success platforms.
• Understanding of SaaS product environments.
