Digital Sales Representative - Entrance Optimization Solutions

About the role

Emapta is recruiting a Digital Sales Representative for its client, a global leader in automated entrance technology with over 70 years of engineering innovation. You will connect with international customers to present AI-powered entrance optimization solutions that reduce energy loss, improve building performance and support environmental goals. The role is onsite in Skopje, day shift with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound sales for existing service-contract customers and identify decision-makers focused on energy responsibility and sustainability.
• Promote the ecoLOGIC value proposition: reduced energy loss, better indoor climate, less door wear and AI-driven optimization.
• Secure verbal acceptance, quotation requests and booked follow-up meetings, and document interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to local sales or service organizations where applicable.
• Follow sales scripts and approved value propositions, give feedback on objections and market insights, and meet KPIs such as contacts made, meetings booked, quotations and orders.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound, inside sales or call center sales; 3-5 years also welcome.
• Fluent spoken and written English; a European language is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B services, energy, HVAC, building automation or digital services is an advantage.
• Proven ability to sell digital and sustainability benefits by phone and to handle objections.
• Experience in KPI-driven sales environments and CRM tools.
