HR Specialist

About the role

Stopanska Banka AD Skopje seeks an experienced HR Specialist to drive performance management, HR transformation, people analytics and continuous improvement of employee experience. The role combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, innovative mindset to modernize and digitalize HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in execution, coordination and monitoring of the employee performance management process.
• Analyze performance management data, prepare reports and insights.
• Support HR transformation and digitalization projects to improve efficiency, employee experience and service delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to redesign, automation and optimization of HR processes.
• Prepare, process and analyze HR data and people analytics for strategic decision‑making.
• Write, develop and enhance HR policies, procedures, frameworks and people management practices.
• Design and maintain the talent management framework.
• Monitor labor legislation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with business units to implement HR initiatives supporting organizational effectiveness.
• Research and introduce modern HR tools and technologies to boost engagement and performance.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in performance management, succession planning and HR administration.
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data processing, analysis and reporting.
