About the role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our Skopje office and support US‑based trucking operations. The role works evenings to align with US market hours and starts immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Create and optimise driver job postings on social media platforms and Facebook Ads to generate qualified leads.
- Manage candidates through the Tenstreet pipeline, ensuring smooth progression.
- Run, review and evaluate driver background reports, including MVR and PSP checks via HireRight.
- Conduct phone interviews, screen qualifications and guide drivers through the hiring process.
Required profile
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Deep knowledge of the US trucking industry and driver hiring regulations.
- Immediate availability for an afternoon/night shift.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Tenstreet.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience using HireRight for background screening.
