Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach target brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, allowing you to experiment, learn quickly and shape the growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages and monitor every metric.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track all activities, analyse data and communicate clear insights.

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new skills and apply them.
• Strong hunger to become an expert in growth marketing.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern productivity tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to work without constant guidance.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and insight‑driven action.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content creation, lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization.
