HR Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to become a trusted partner for our Skopje employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding. In this position you will be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth processes, clear communication and a high‑quality employee experience in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational HR tasks such as preparing employment contracts, references and certificates.
• Maintain accurate master data and document management in the Personio HR system.
• Act as first point of contact for apprentices, interns and a defined employee group on HR and labour‑law matters.
• Support managers with performance reviews, development needs and implementation of actions for apprentices and interns.
• Contribute to HR projects, including harmonisation and internationalisation of processes, rollout of new initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration or comparable qualification, preferably with an HR focus.
• At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration or HR generalist role.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication and empathy.
• Fluent in Macedonian (native) and English.
• Proactive, flexible and dependable, especially on new projects.
