HR Officer

About the role

We are looking for an HR Officer to join our Skopje Logistics Center. You will provide day‑to‑day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, compliance and engagement, helping to create a positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers and the GBS Recruitment team.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration for new hires, acting as the primary HR contact.
• Prepare employment offers and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Manage HR administration processes, reports and KPIs while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
• Assist payroll‑related tasks, including timesheet administration and coordination.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as off‑boarding and documentation management.
• Promote employee engagement, well‑being, training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, universities, government authorities and vendors.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Fluent in English and Macedonian, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
