HR Specialist

About the role

As an HR Specialist at INSCALE you will help shape a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with teams in multiple countries while supporting global HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal events and wellbeing programs.
• Manage internal communications, including the global newsletter and HR intranet content.
• Administer learning and development programs, track participation and maintain training records.
• Support global HR projects by tracking milestones, preparing presentations and assisting with change‑management communications.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in human resources, preferably with onboarding, off‑boarding and HR operations.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement initiatives or internal events.
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with stakeholders across countries.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills in English (and Macedonian).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Sage HR, HiBob, BambooHR, Workday or similar).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and SharePoint or comparable collaboration tools.
