Talent Researcher for UK/EU Market

About the role

Hanson Search is seeking a Talent Researcher to support its global consulting team on UK and EU market searches. This candidate‑focused position will work alongside experienced consultants on live international assignments, helping to identify and attract senior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research to source candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Support senior consultants in headhunting and talent attraction for executive searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, track progress, and ensure timely delivery across multiple searches.

Required profile

• Highly diligent and detail‑oriented, spotting small but critical information.
• Persistent and curious, willing to explore multiple angles until the right match is found.
• Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English, comfortable engaging senior leaders.
• Organised, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines across several live searches.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance research efficiency.
