HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Services

About the role

BAT Macedonia is seeking an HR Specialist to join its Skopje office. The role focuses on attracting talent, managing the employee lifecycle, and supporting the overall HR function while upholding BAT’s purpose of creating a better tomorrow.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage innovative talent attraction campaigns and strengthen the employer brand.
• Coordinate collaborations with universities, student organisations, job fairs and career planning entities.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes and support Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Provide full administrative support to employees on HR procedures.
• Manage Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes in line with local laws and BAT policies.
• Coordinate required administration with authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure HR policies, labor‑related documents and procedures are current and compliant.
• Implement and manage EH&S processes and promote employee wellbeing.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous HR experience is an asset.
• Strong planning, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proactive initiator and change motivator.
• Effective stakeholder management.
• Dynamic, open‑minded and eager to develop.
