Junior Real Estate Agent

About the role

Join a dynamic real estate development team in Skopje, focusing on residential investment and development projects. This junior position offers hands‑on experience in identifying and evaluating real estate and land opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify residential investment and development opportunities through developers, landowners, and local market contacts.
• Research potential land acquisitions, assessing location, zoning, development potential, ownership, and indicative pricing.
• Conduct preliminary market and financial assessments using comparable transactions, sales prices, rental levels, and expected project returns.
• Maintain and develop the real estate opportunity pipeline.
• Support site visits, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Collaborate with external brokerage partners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant education and professional background.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, curious, and open‑minded approach.
• Ability to research and evaluate real estate opportunities.
