Junior Real Estate Broker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Real Estate Broker to join a fast‑growing real‑estate development team in Skopje. The role focuses on residential investment and development projects, giving you hands‑on exposure to land acquisition, market analysis and transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify residential investment and development opportunities through developers, landowners and local market contacts.
• Research potential land acquisitions, assessing location, zoning, development potential, ownership and indicative pricing.
• Conduct preliminary market and financial assessments using comparable transactions, sales prices, rental levels and expected project returns.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of real‑estate opportunities.
• Support site visits, negotiations, due diligence and transaction execution.
• Collaborate with external brokerage partners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant education and professional background.
• 2–3 years of experience in real‑estate or related fields.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, curious and open‑minded attitude.
• Ability to research and evaluate real‑estate opportunities.
