Junior SAP RMCA / FI-CA Specialist (Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP Specialist focused on Finance, specifically RMCA and FI-CA modules. You will join a fast‑paced, international team where learning and growth are actively supported.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA (Revenue Management – Contract Accounting) and FI‑CA across multiple countries.
• Assist senior SAP colleagues and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP configuration, customization, testing and deployment activities.
• Document functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve ABAP‑related issues for custom solutions.
• Help ensure system stability, data integrity and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree from a technical university in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge, especially accounts receivable.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English; German and/or Croatian are a plus.
