Machine Operator

About the role

STEELY is looking for a full‑time Machine Operator to join its steel processing team in the Tetovo Region, North Macedonia. The role involves operating and monitoring machinery used in steel fabrication while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate steel processing equipment according to work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance, perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Inspect finished parts, report defects or malfunctions, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Use hand tools safely for routine tasks and adjustments.
• Document production activities accurately and follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in metal or steel fabrication or a similar industrial environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical instructions or drawings.
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to company policies.
