Marketing Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will manage marketing and customer operations for a growing client business, covering social media, content, email marketing and paid social. The role is part‑time and focuses on automating repetitive processes to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish social media content across all channels.
• Write blog posts and newsletters to improve search visibility and engage customers.
• Build and optimise email nurture sequences and sales funnels from inquiry to booking.
• Support Meta paid‑social campaigns by reviewing performance and recommending changes.
• Handle inbound email inquiries, feed leads into the sales funnel and manage bookings through to delivery.
• Design assets in Canva, obtain client approval and deliver final files via the online platform.
• Identify repetitive tasks, automate them and document process changes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a marketing role covering content, email marketing or social media.
• Strong written English with the ability to produce blog posts, newsletters and customer emails.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to take ownership of processes, make decisions and ask clarifying questions.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (campaign structure, performance analysis, troubleshooting).
• Email marketing and CRM tools for building sequences and sales funnels.
• Canva for design creation.
• Google Workspace.
• Automation tools such as Zapier or Make (optional but a plus).
