About the role
Kotler Digital Studio is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join its primarily female team. The role involves managing client social channels, creating engaging content, and continuously improving performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clients' social media accounts and plan posting calendars.
- Write copy, develop content ideas, and design posts, stories, and carousels.
- Create and edit short videos for Reels.
- Analyze results and optimise content strategy.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of social media management and content marketing.
- Excellent writing skills in Albanian and English.
- Creative mindset, responsibility and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (preferred).
- Video editing tools: CapCut or similar.
