Media Buyer / Creative Strategist (Remote)

About the role

Sweat Pants Agency works with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, spending $6-9M a month on Meta, and is hiring one person to own a handful of paid-media accounts end to end. You will be the account owner, the creative strategist and the client's direct point of contact, with no account manager in between. The role is fully remote and open worldwide, with the only hard requirement that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts with budgets from $30k to $1M per month, presenting results, plans and reasoning to clients
• Run research before ads: customer reviews, ad comments, support tickets, Reddit and competitor ad libraries, using an internal tool that OCRs and transcribes ads
• Write briefs and scripts, direct editors and designers, and run revision rounds
• Ship roughly 8 to 10 new ad launches per week in batches every 1 to 1.5 weeks
• Build and test landing pages (advertorials, comparison pages, product pages) in Claude Code, deploy them to Vercel and test them live before pushing to the client's Shopify theme
• Diagnose the bottleneck (creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout) and fix it; report on new customer economics (NC-CPA and NC-ROAS)

Required profile

• Hands-on Meta experience on DTC and eCommerce with real budgets, showing CPA, ROAS, revenue and changes made
• AI-native: using Claude (or equivalent) as a working tool and able to build and ship a landing page with it
• Near-native English writing for hooks, scripts and ad copy, and clear communication with clients
• Able to work US Eastern business hours for client calls
• Bonus: having built or operated your own Shopify store or eComm brand
