People & Talent Operations Specialist

About the role

YOCTO is looking for a People & Talent Operations Specialist to own the end‑to‑end operational engine behind recruiting, onboarding and culture. You will shape talent pools, manage candidate pipelines and ensure a world‑class employee experience from first contact through onboarding and off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain active talent pools for frequently hired roles, continuously sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, community platforms and referrals.
• Write compelling outreach messages and keep strong candidates engaged over time.
• Conduct first‑stage screenings, coordinate technical assessments, and develop role‑specific interview questions and evaluation criteria.
• Schedule interviews, manage offer letters, and oversee documentation across recruitment systems.
• Keep hiring data clean, generate reports on time‑to‑hire, source of hire and conversion rates for leadership.
• Write and continuously improve job descriptions to reflect actual role requirements.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over recruitment processes.
• Analytical ability to evaluate candidates deeply and identify early red flags.
• Excellent written communication, especially for candidate outreach.
• Comfort with experimenting on tools and automating outreach workflows.
• Interest in shaping company culture through structured onboarding.
