Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified driver and logistics candidates.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting to offer.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and market trends.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within trucking or logistics.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work during U.S. business hours.
