Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid – Bitola)

About the role

Jupiter BPO is seeking an organized and proactive Recruitment Specialist to oversee candidate flow on its proprietary job board and coordinate split placements with its international partner network. The role is hybrid, based in Bitola, and offers regular business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming applications on the company’s job board, reviewing AI‑generated matches and conducting initial screenings.
• Engage with candidates through interviews and ensure high‑quality submissions to client employers.
• Track performance metrics such as application volume, quality, and response speed.
• Collaborate with external recruitment firms in the NPA worldwide network for split placements and partner‑originated requisitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies and maintain separate pipelines for network‑sourced candidates.

Required profile

• Based in Bitola, Macedonia.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in recruitment or candidate screening.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle two distinct pipelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS systems.
• Experience using job boards.
• Familiarity with AI recruitment tools.
