Resource Manager – EMEA Experience & Engineering

About the role

HybridDEPT® is seeking a motivated Resource Manager to join its EMEA resourcing team, supporting Experience & Engineering projects across Germany, Switzerland and the wider region. You will help allocate talent, monitor capacity, and ensure projects are staffed with the right skills at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Resource Manager by tracking and updating resourcing requests for Experience & Engineering teams.
• Monitor capacity and utilization data, flagging over‑ or under‑allocation and updating staffing plans in the internal system.
• Maintain forecast information in the resourcing tool, keep data organized, and assist with bench reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑regional resource requests, liaise with other RMs, and help source and onboard freelancers or partners.
• Act as the first point of contact for basic resourcing questions from Project Managers and Craft Leads, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Prepare materials and updates for stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic learner with strong people skills and an analytical mindset.
• Basic understanding of digital project delivery (websites, e‑commerce, mobile apps) and related roles such as UX/UI design, strategy, engineering, QA and DevOps.
• Proactive approach to team planning and ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
