Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Hypergen is seeking a disciplined Sales Development Representative to drive internal growth and deliver outsourced lead generation for its clients. You will work on high‑performance outbound infrastructure, focusing on the U.S. market and leveraging data‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of warm leads generated by outbound systems and convert interest into booked meetings through personalized email and phone outreach.
• Build and manage high‑touch follow‑up sequences, maintaining persistence until a discovery call is secured.
• Research prospects using tools such as Clay, Apollo, and AI platforms, tailoring messaging based on intent signals like funding, hiring, or tech stack.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring accurate lead statuses and pipeline hygiene across Hypergen and client systems.
• Align work schedule with U.S. EST business hours to maximize market coverage.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role within B2B sales or agency environments.
• Expertise in managing outreach cadences and handling objections over the phone.
• Native‑level English with flawless written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and process‑driven, able to juggle multiple client accounts.
• Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn modern sales tools.
