Sales Manager – IT Channel & Business Development

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and management of relationships with system integrators, VARs, IT dealers and enterprise customers across Macedonia. You will promote ASUS Commercial solutions and the broader MUK portfolio to SMB, enterprise, education and public‑sector markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships with system integrators, VARs, IT dealers and strategic channel partners.
• Promote, position and sell ASUS Commercial solutions and the wider MUK hardware, software and infrastructure portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the partner network and support partners in sales, projects and tender processes.
• Prepare commercial offers, define pricing, negotiate terms and manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and demand planning.
• Coordinate product availability, conduct product presentations and sales training for partners, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, channel management or business development.
• Proven experience working with system integrators, VARs, IT dealers and enterprise customers in the Macedonian market.
• Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in Macedonian and English, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Good knowledge of business computing solutions (notebooks, desktops, All‑in‑One PCs) and IT distribution channel models.
