Sales Support Analyst

About the role

As a Sales Support Analyst you will strengthen business development effectiveness, support institutional client engagement and contribute to commercial growth across international loan and bond markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Business Development team's commercial strategy and maintain strategic calling plans.
• Conduct market research, monitor market trends via paid platforms and distribute commercial intelligence.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing teams to prepare pitch materials and support senior sales colleagues during client meetings.
• Prepare fee proposals, monitor outstanding proposals and ensure pricing consistency.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, generate management reports and analyse loan and bond portfolios.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales support, business development or commercial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, high professional standards and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Familiarity with AI adoption and tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Insightly.
