Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Health (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Recovery Specialist who will turn abandoned pet‑health supplement carts into completed purchases. Working remotely, you will guide pet owners through product choices, answer their questions, and help them feel confident about buying.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers who left items in their carts and re‑engage them to finish the purchase.
• Explain product benefits and match supplements to each dog’s specific health needs.
• Address objections, build trust, and convert warm leads into sales.
• Develop repeat‑buyer relationships and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Participate in training sessions and use provided tools to improve conversion techniques.
• Achieve commission‑based earnings with no ceiling.

Required profile

• Highly driven self‑starter motivated by sales growth.
• Passion for health and wellness, especially pet health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office equipment.

Required skills

• Experience using Rippling.
• Familiarity with Vonage for phone communication.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Comfort with Slack for team collaboration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
