SAP RMCA/FI-CA Specialist – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SAP Specialist focused on Finance (RMCA/FI‑CA) to support the A1 Group’s operations across multiple countries. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, helping to optimise revenue management and contract accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA, especially FI‑CA modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration, customization, testing and deployment activities.
• Document functional and technical specifications.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve ABAP‑related issues for custom developments.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity and continuous process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with SAP FI, preferably with exposure to ABAP.
• Strong accounting knowledge, especially accounts receivable.
• Experience in mass‑market industries such as telecommunications or utilities is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent English; German or Croatian are advantageous.
