Senior Accountant – Multi‑Entity SaaS Finance

About the role

Cylindo, the leading 3D product visualization platform, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. The role is based in Bitola or Skopje, Macedonia, with hybrid working options, and supports the Head of Finance across multiple entities in Denmark, the UK, the US and North Macedonia.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, pre‑payments, payroll, revenue, and inter‑company transactions.
• Execute monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations for all entities and support the month‑end close process.
• Maintain accurate general‑ledger records in line with group policies and assist in the preparation of monthly accounts.
• Support subscription revenue recording, deferred revenue, and reconcile ARR/MRR reports.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, monitor aged receivables and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage inter‑company and multi‑currency accounting, including foreign‑exchange adjustments.
• Assist with VAT, payroll tax and other statutory filings in Denmark, North Macedonia, the UK and the US.
• Provide documentation for audits, liaise with external accountants and support the preparation of annual statutory financial statements.

Required profile

• Strong accounting background with experience in an international, multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment.
• Hands‑on approach to day‑to‑day accounting operations and month‑end close.
• Ability to work collaboratively across finance, sales and customer‑success teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining robust financial controls.
