Senior Accountant – Multi-Entity SaaS Finance

About the role

The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations for Cylindo across its entities in Denmark, North Macedonia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Based in Bitola or Skopje with hybrid working options, the role supports the Head of Finance in delivering accurate financial records, timely month-end close and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, pre-payments, payroll, revenue and inter-company transactions.
• Perform monthly balance-sheet reconciliations and support the month-end close for all entities.
• Record subscription revenue, manage deferred revenue and reconcile ARR/MRR reports.
• Assist sales and customer-success teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, monitor aged receivables and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Prepare and reconcile inter-company transactions, handle multi-currency accounting and foreign-exchange adjustments.
• Support VAT, payroll-tax and other statutory filings in Denmark, North Macedonia, the UK and the US.
• Provide documentation for audits, liaise with external accountants and maintain internal controls.

Required profile

• Strong accounting background with hands-on experience in an international, multi-entity environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition and multi-currency accounting.
• Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively across finance, sales and operations teams.
• Proactive attitude in supporting process improvements and compliance.
