Senior Associate – Finance (Internal Firm Services)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate for its Internal Firm Services finance team in Skopje. You will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and compliance, supporting both local and regional finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Perform financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyse business performance.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure statutory, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash‑flow reporting and working‑capital monitoring.
• Partner with business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Shared Service Centers and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Professional certification such as ACCA is a plus.
