Senior International Recruiter (Non-Tech)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior International Recruiter to lead non‑technical talent acquisition across Europe, the UK, the US and Ukraine. You will partner with hiring managers to attract high‑performing professionals who share our mission of protecting air passenger rights.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and social media using advanced Boolean and market‑mapping techniques.
• Engage passive talent with creative outreach, nurture relationships and guide them through the interview process.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, report on progress and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Demonstrated success hiring for a variety of non‑technical roles across multiple markets.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

• Proficiency with digital recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
