Senior Pricing Analyst
Verint
Job description
About the role
Verint, which merged with Calabrio, is looking for a sharp, curious and hands-on Senior Pricing Analyst to join its Pricing team. You will help shape how Verint prices and packages its products, including how it monetizes AI, partnering with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal and IT, with analysis reaching senior leadership. The role suits someone who wants real ownership, visible impact and a fast learning curve.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate SMB sales opportunities against pricing guidelines and recommend approve, counter or escalate, balancing deal velocity with pricing discipline.
- Build and maintain pricing reporting across the product portfolio in Power BI or Tableau, identify discounting patterns and price optimization opportunities, and interpret trends for executive decisions.
- Build financial models quantifying the revenue and margin impact of price changes, promotions and packaging options.
- Support the design of a simpler good/better/best tier structure and the analysis of AI pricing models such as credits, consumption, outcome-based or hybrid structures.
- Contribute to SKU rationalization across the combined Verint and Calabrio portfolio, benchmark competitor pricing and revenue models, and track the evolution of the CX market.
- Help create pricing collateral, ROI tools and guidance, and work with Sales Ops and Finance so pricing changes land cleanly in the field and in CRM.
- Lead high-priority pricing projects from question to recommendation.
Required profile
- B2B SaaS or software pricing experience, including subscription metrics (ARR, ACV, multi-year deals, renewals).
- Experience in pricing, deal desk, FP&A, revenue or sales operations, product marketing, consulting or a related analytical role.
- Clear written, verbal and presentation skills, able to turn analysis into a crisp recommendation.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented environment and across a matrix organization.
Required skills
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, comfortable building a model from scratch and explaining every assumption.
- Power BI or Tableau, and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Nice to have: packaging, AI, platform or consumption-based pricing exposure; contact center, workforce management or CX software knowledge; basic SQL, Python, R or other data skills.
What we offer
- The chance to shape pricing for one of the broadest AI-powered CX platforms at a pivotal moment.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional decision-making early in your career.
- Work fully remote with a collaborative team that invests in your growth.
