Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

Native Teams is a fast‑growing global platform that simplifies work payments, payroll, compliance and tax for remote teams. We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to own our social presence, amplify our brand, and support thought‑leadership initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end organic social strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management and performance optimisation.
• Manage paid awareness campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram, handling budget, optimisation and reporting.
• Support YouTube channel growth through content strategy, publishing and performance analysis.
• Oversee the Global Nutcracker Podcast lifecycle – review, publish, promote and track performance.
• Lead executive thought‑leadership content creation, from ideation to ghost‑writing and distribution.
• Contribute to the LinkedIn Newsletter, monitor metrics and suggest improvements.
• Produce monthly social media performance reports, KPI dashboards and Share of Search/Voice analyses.
• Coordinate with design, video, brand, PR, product and marketing teams, manage freelancers and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of social media management experience, including at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Proven B2B SaaS experience in HR‑tech, payroll or remote‑work sectors, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for campaign optimisation and budget management.
• Demonstrated success in executive thought‑leadership strategy and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical skills for monthly KPI reporting and competitive intelligence.
