About the role

We are looking for a precise and organized Financial Operations Officer to join our finance team. The role involves handling day‑to‑day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Record financial documents in the accounting system.
• Compile and archive travel orders and expense reports.
• Monitor costs and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain organized filing of all financial documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners on financial matters.
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
