Social Media Specialist

About the role

Publicis Groupe Macedonia, the leading marketing and communications agency in Macedonia with over 30 years on the local market, is looking for a Social Media Specialist with at least three years of experience. The role manages social media accounts for several client brands, creates engaging content and runs campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive traffic. It is a full-time position based in Skopje.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for client brands (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and run social media marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
• Create content including graphics, videos and written copy tailored to each platform and audience
• Monitor and reply to comments, messages and reviews in a timely way
• Manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships
• Track campaign performance with analytics and report results to guide future campaigns
• Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social is an advantage
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
