Spa Concierge / Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Concierge / Receptionist ensures smooth scheduling and welcoming service for spa guests at a Marriott hotel in Skopje. You will manage reservations, assist guests on arrival, and promote spa offerings while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule individual and group spa services using the reservation software.
• Confirm appointments by phone, answer service inquiries, and update the reservation list throughout the day.
• Check‑in guests, verify identity, and provide a brief orientation of spa facilities.
• Promote and sell spa services, process guest payments, and handle cash tips.
• Balance receipts, scan documents for accounting, and report maintenance needs to engineering.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain uniform appearance, protect confidential information, and follow all company policies.
• Assist guests with disabilities and address service needs proactively.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spa reservation software.
