About the role

We are looking for an Insurance and Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team at Макстил АД Скопје. The role combines supplier management with insurance‑related purchasing, ensuring that all acquisitions meet quality, cost and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Prepare detailed specifications for purchases.
• Collect, assess and compare supplier offers.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and procurement terms.
• Create and monitor purchase orders.
• Analyse procurement data, prepare reports and recommendations.
• Forecast material and service needs.
• Control quality and timeliness of deliveries.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier and procurement database.
• Communicate with insurance experts and institutions.
• Monitor legal regulations and internal policies.
• Participate actively in process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in insurance companies within the country (experience in claims is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
