Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing and hiring top talent. This role offers hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen resumes and help identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment database.
• Support a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with general recruitment administration and documentation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing methods.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Good computer and data‑management skills.
