Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Socially Powerful, a global social media marketing agency, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across its fast‑growing team. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles in marketing, influencer, creative, paid media, and client services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interview coordination and offer.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial outreach, and qualify candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external agencies as needed.
• Track recruitment metrics and support process improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a people‑focused role (agency or in‑house).
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in marketing, social media, influencer, or creative industries is a plus.
