Transportation Analyst

About the role

Join Lear’s new Skopje Epicenter as a Transportation Analyst, supporting centralized scheduling and transport management for seating plants across Europe and Africa. You will be the main point of contact for carriers, customers, and suppliers, ensuring shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor shipments for Lear facilities in Europe, guaranteeing timely delivery.
• Ensure all shipments comply with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, including tracking, invoices, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze shipment performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Audit freight invoices and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Identify and implement operational improvements for the control tower.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (Logistics preferred).
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a control‑tower environment or with a freight forwarder.
• Ability to work in two shifts (06:00‑14:00 or 14:00‑22:00) and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
