Treasury & Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical finance professional to manage Treasury, Payments, Affiliate, and Intercompany operations for a multi‑entity international group. The role requires strong Excel expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and solid knowledge of banking and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor group bank accounts, perform daily balance checks and coordinate fund movements across entities.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for planned payments and support short‑term cash positioning.
• Review weekly AP payment runs, load approved payments into banking platforms and prepare CSV files per bank specifications.
• Process SEPA, SWIFT and other international payments, investigating any rejected or returned transactions.
• Manage monthly affiliate payment processes, including data extraction from NetRefer, fee reconciliation and payment file preparation.
• Prepare and reconcile complex intercompany recharges, allocation calculations and supporting schedules.
• Develop and improve Excel‑based tools, templates and controls to automate recurring finance processes.

Required profile

• Experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Payments or Accounting.
• High attention to detail and strong understanding of finance controls.
• Ability to work independently across multiple entities, currencies and bank accounts.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (large datasets, complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query).
• Preparation of bulk payment files or CSV files for banking platforms.
• Good understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, IBAN/BIC and international payment processes.
