AI-Assisted B2B SDR – 100% Commission, High Volume

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our AI-assisted, commission-only team. You will work with pre-qualified, warm leads that have already engaged through our automated outreach and turn them into qualified B2B meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Use our custom unified inbox (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, SMS) to nurture leads, handle objections and schedule qualified meetings.
• Leverage AI-driven assistance to manage up to five times the volume of a traditional SDR.
• Self-source additional prospects through phone outreach, Reddit, manual ABM and other outbound tactics.
• Track performance metrics and ensure meetings meet qualification criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work at a fast, distraction-free pace.
• Comfortable operating in a 100 % commission-only, performance-based environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience using email and SMS outreach tools.
• Familiarity with social-media platforms (Instagram, Twitter) for B2B engagement.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted sales applications.
