Carrier Sales Representative

About the role

Logan Premium is a third-party logistics provider focused on freight brokerage, long-term relationships and reliable, on-time solutions. As Carrier Sales Representative you will source new and existing carrier partners to service customers with transparency and attention to detail, building strong relationships and using market conditions and carrier partnerships to help the company reach its long-term financial goals. The role is fully onsite in the Skopje office, Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 23:00 MK time, starting 1 February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing new and existing carrier partners for high-volume lanes using digital platforms
• Negotiating with carriers to improve margins and meet financial goals
• Tracking active loads so that pickup and delivery are on time
• Resolving in-transit issues by working across departments
• Communicating with teammates and carriers to serve customers well and spot issues early

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of sales experience
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to solve problems proactively
• Goal-oriented, competitive and interested in progressing in logistics
