Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Jongis is a product company offering user-centric, cloud-native and AI-enhanced solutions for businesses, healthcare providers and other organisations, together with implementation services and customer success management. It has offices in Ohrid and Skopje and is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help conquer new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in the target industries and markets.
• Generate new leads through outbound activities: cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls and direct communication.
• Qualify leads and book meetings and product demos for the Sales team.
• Introduce the company and its products to prospects by call, email, online video conference and, when needed, in person.
• Maintain and update leads and activities in the CRM and track the early-stage pipeline.
• Analyse outreach results (response rate, meetings booked, conversion) and improve messaging and approach.
• Spot inefficiencies at potential clients and opportunities for automation with Jongis applications.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and development teams and meet quarterly targets for qualified leads and booked meetings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, preferably at a SaaS or software company; motivated candidates with less experience are welcome.
• Resilience against rejection, persistence and a results-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of operational and commercial processes in wholesale, finance, manufacturing or retail (an advantage).
• Professional proficiency in Macedonian and English.

Required skills

• Hands-on use of G Suite, CRM systems, LLM/AI tools, sales automation and outreach platforms.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
