Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Pixofix is a visual production studio that combines AI-accelerated production with a global team of human retouchers for fashion and e-commerce brands. As Growth Marketing Manager you will own the go-to-market engine: your main measure is meetings booked with the right accounts. You will set the strategy, direct the people and partners who execute it, and use data to decide where effort and budget go.

Key responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and pipeline, from messaging and positioning to channel mix
• Oversee outbound: manage the email outbound agency and guide the SDR on follow-up, messaging and lead quality
• Own the LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences and targeting
• Oversee performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with the paid media specialist: budget, creative direction, testing and results
• Set up and maintain HubSpot reporting: attribution, funnel conversion, cost per meeting and channel performance
• Work with Sales on qualification feedback, and coordinate with SEO and social teams
• Build and manage partnerships that bring qualified buyers and strengthen positioning
• Test new channels and offers, and stop what does not work

Required profile

• 3-5 years in growth, demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally for a services business
• Hands-on experience with email and LinkedIn outbound, and with managing agencies or external partners
• Experience overseeing paid campaigns (Google, Meta and/or LinkedIn) and reading performance data
• Analytical, able to explain what the numbers say and what to do next
• Professional-level written and spoken English
• Nice to have: experience marketing a service business, partnerships or referral programs, and automation tools such as n8n or Zapier

Required skills

• Strong HubSpot skills (workflows, lead routing, reporting)
• Working knowledge of SEO and how it feeds a pipeline strategy
