SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Pixofix is a visual production studio that combines AI-accelerated production with a global team of human retouchers for fashion and ecommerce brands. Organic search is already an active channel, with a strategy, technical foundation and content in place. The SEO specialist takes it further: scaling what works, fixing what does not, and making Pixofix appear when buyers search Google or ask AI chatbots about retouching and AI imagery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the SEO and GEO roadmap: review the current strategy, find the biggest gaps and opportunities and prioritise them.
• Accelerate a programmatic strategy for SEO and AEOM.
• Measure and improve visibility in AI-generated answers through tracking, competitor benchmarking and action on findings.
• Plan and produce blog, bottom-of-funnel and programmatic content using AI-assisted workflows, with human editing for accuracy and brand voice.
• Maintain technical health and indexation, and improve existing pages based on performance data.
• Create and manage pages and content directly in Webflow.
• Design and run n8n automations for content workflows, reporting, monitoring and internal linking.
• Build backlinks and authority through outreach and digital PR.
• Connect organic performance to pipeline in HubSpot and report on what drives qualified leads.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with real exposure to GEO or AI search visibility.
• Auditing an existing SEO program and improving it rather than rebuilding it.
• Creating content with AI tools while keeping quality high.
• Managing programmatic SEO programs.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Webflow (CMS, page building, on-page SEO)
• n8n automation (preferred)
• HubSpot for reporting and lead tracking
• Nice to have: B2B services or ecommerce SEO, programmatic SEO, basic HTML/CSS
